2. GROUNDS. The parties agree that the leased premises shall be located in the
County of Marion and that the parties herein shall be responsible individually
and jointly for all obligations and liabilities arising from the
leasing or remaining tenant(s) of the leased premises including but not
limited to personal liability for damages caused hereunder by either party.
3. DEFINITIONS. As used in this Lease, these are defined and shall be interpreted as follows:
For the purposes of this Lease, the following words mean:
1. Home;
2. Duplex;
3. dwelling;
4. house;
5. room;
6. apartment;
7. unit;
8. space;
9. rental;
10. lessee (the owner);
11. owner/tenant of premises; and
12. “the Lease Agreement.”
3. GROUNDS. The Parties expressly agree and understand that each
of them shall have and maintain the possession of the leased premises, or, if
they so desire, both of the leased premises together. They further understand that one or more
tenant(s) of the leased premises may stay on the premises solely at the
entirety of their landlord/tenant with no permission required from any other party.
4. DURATION OF LEASE. The parties agree and understand that the
tenant(s) on the leased premises or the original owner(s) of the building(s) where the leased
premises are located may only lease the leased premises for a maximum of one year
from the date of the commencement of the first term of the lease.
4. DURATION OF LEASE. The parties expressly agree that for one year following the
beginning date of the term, the parties shall own and occupy the leased premises only
for the purpose of occupying and using the premises for residence and/or storage of
property(s).
5. LOCKDOWN. Locks are required on all door, windows, and other parts of the leased premises
that may provide access to the premises.
